Women try to lose weight wrong…

Everytime I see a person at the gym who does nothing but use the tread mill for hours on end, day after day.. I laugh to myself.  Most of them are there to either lose weight or try to stay in ’shape’, but im picking on women because they usually never move away from cardio types of excercise for fear of looking like this this buff woman to the right

But… They couldn’t be further from the truth!  This woman pictured is on a perfect diet for developing this type of body, and is weight training to reflect that.  She has pushed her body to limits most women never will aquire of even come close to. 

Your body naturally consumes calories rather or not you excercise, hell roughly 30% of the calories you eat are burned off just by digesting the food.  So if your trying to only eat 1000 calories a day to look ‘good’ your really only giving your body about 700 calories to work off for that day, which is less than your body needs to maintain itself.  Sure you will lose some weight, but at the cost of lost muscel, your immune system, and other things.  But thats nutrition, and another blog.  (Although these topics kind of cross each other.)

Basically what im getting at is this:  your body needs a certain amount of calories to maintain itself…  One thing women never think about is trying to increase this…  Alot of the ‘nice looking’ women i see on a daily basis are actually really out of shape, but just have the appearance of it because they have just the right amount of fat…  Otherwise they look something like this: allegra-versace-anorexia[2]Yeah, im sorry ladies… but this woman looks like a well dressed holocost victim.  But it really shows where im getting it, without the extra amount of fat around her you can see her muscel mass.  This mass is very small, and hardly takes anything to maintain, thats why she has to eat less and less to try to lose weight, not to mention most bad diets actually make your body eat itself because your depriving it of nutrients, and that mass gets even smaller… 

The real trick to losing weight is combining weights with the treadmill.  As you increase your muscel mass from this pathedic level your body will burn more calories throughout the day by just breathing, and you can now eat like a normal person, and not someone living on croutons and cucumbers.  It will take alot of tough training and a longgg time before you start appearing to be ‘ripped’ to avoid that, stop progressing to heavier weights…  Once you find a muscel mass your happy with… stick with that weight to make sure it stays active.  Keep running too…  But the real key is diet, less is not better…. Right is better…  No guy wants to hit on a holocost victim, and most ladies are not lucky enough to be really out of shape, but appear not to be… Seriously, grab a ‘nice looking’ girl’s arm and feel how squishy it is… shes not in shape or healthy… she just has that magic fat that makes her look good without actually having a healthy body.  This is a healthy woman, and an attractive one at that…

Oxygen-Jan2008-JacquelynRoberts[1]She has a great shape, legs, arms, stomach… all nice… and i bet you my left hand she lifts weights.  Its obvious, see the tone? the definition?  not flabby arm fat or something else…  She actually is this shape, and just lucky enough to have fat that looks close..  So ladies, look like that chick on the cover… Eat right (find a nutrionist, or GASP read a book instead of a article in cosmo..) then lift weights, and cardio…  and ignore the scale…  because i bet you that woman actually weighs about 130 or so depending on her height…  that muscel is heavier than fat..

Here is the body type many women seem to want, and its stupid… she has lucky genetics to have magic fat..

This is a very hot looking chick… but look at her body… she is very much out of shape… no defintion, no tone, ect… just a magic level of fat that makes her look better than the holocost victim, but probally in a simular state of health… and i bet she is afraid of bread too..
